We stopped her one year for lunch on a whim and had their fresh trout, it was so good we came back a year later and had the same meal. I think it might have been even better. There is of course other things on the menu, and a good selection of local wines, including great choices from Cave de Roquebrun - one of my favorite cooperatives. To top it all off, there is a great view from the restaurant, especially if you are lucky to get on the terrace. Make reservations or get there early because they fill up every day.
