Choix des cépages, orientation, plantation puis soins apportés de longues années durant, pour aboutir au fruit qu’il nous est enfin donné de pouvoir ennoblir en vin .Cette métamorphose biochimique, indissociable de la passion et du cœur à l’ouvrage, requiert respect et admiration pour la nature comme pour le climat , puis pour tous ceux qui semant le blé dans les champs alentour et foulant au pied le raisin de la vigne, nous ont précédés de l’autarcie à nos jours, léguant au passage un patrimoine magnifique et des gestes essentiels à l’origine de notre vie et civilisation rurale .
Le raffinement et la diversité de nos vins actuels, au delà de la vigne et du travail des hommes, sont aussi un peu le fruit de l’histoire.

From earth to pleasure, The winegrower's passionate task embarks him down a life-long path, where his every gesture, from the vine to the wine, requires perfection and spiritual implication. The choice of grape variety, the orientation, the planting, and then the long years of caring for the vineyard, culminate in producing the long-awaited fruit we have the honour of ennobling into wine. Indissociable from the passion and love for our work, this biochemical transformation calls for respect and admiration for nature, climate, and for all those who sewed wheat in the surrounding fields, trod the grapes, preceding us from the age of self-sufficiency to modern times, bequeathing a magnificent heritage and the essential gestures which are the very origin of our rural life and civilisation. The finesse and diversity of our wines today, are more than the product of our vineyard and our labour, they are also the fruits of our past.

Vanuit de aarde to uw genieten vindt de gedreven taak der wijngaardenier met onontbeerlijke perfectie plaats , waarin elke handeling van druivelaar tot wijn haar reden heeft .
Keuze der druivenrassen, aanplanting, bewerking en snoei, afhankelijkheid van weersomstandigheden , dankbaarheid voor het klimaat
en tenslotte de vrucht waarvan
we het genoegen krijgen ze tot wijn te mogen verheffen .Deze metamorfose, onafscheidbaar van passie en werkgenoegen, vraagt eerbied en bewondering voor de natuur. Ook naar hen
die ons op de reeds aanwezige landerijen voorgingen, het land bezaaiden, wijngaard bewerkten met os of paard, en uitzonderlijke tekens van essentiële beschaving achterlieten. Zoals de prachtige gebouwen, die voor hun geschiedenis instaan.
Naast vrucht van de wijngaard en werk van mensenhanden, zijn verscheidenheid en verfijning
van onze huidige wijnen ook
een beetje te danken aan het verleden.
