  Wijn die door zijn kruidige karakter goed past bij wildgerechten of bij lamsvlees met kruiden. Deze wijn is mooi geevolueerd. Wie houdt van jeugdigere tannines kan een recente jaargang proberen (fruitigere stijl) na decanteren.
