| | Manni Nossing’s Kerner represents a virtuoso performance, squeezing ripe, fleshy lychee and pink grapefruit flavours out of an often overlooked, and, it seems, underrated grape variety. At tengreenbottles we like the wines, rather than us, to do the talking, and this is the prime example. A real tasting experience.
A little about the producer
High up on the eastern side of the Bressanone basin, the light sandy soils, mineralised by glacial deposits, provide ideal conditions for the production of high quality wines which, when paired with Manni Nossing’s love for grape varieties authentic to the region, result in very specific, and very special winemaking. A real craftsman, with a real understanding of the land and fruit that have served his family well for generations.
