About the winery

Set like a jewel in the golden triangle of South Africa's winelands, the 80ha vineyards of Lyngrove Wine Estate are the highly-prized source of the grapes that produce export-quality wines enjoyed by connoisseurs around the world. With sweeping vistas of Table Mountain and False Bay, Lyngrove wines reflect nature's advantage of superior soils, gentle slopes and the perfect micro-climates for slowly ripening grapes with concentrated flavours, all under the cooling influence of breezes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean. Lyngrove offers a wide range of wines under the Lyngrove Collection, Reserve and Platinum labels.

L'oenologue Chris Rabie affiche fièrement toutes les médailles gagnées par le domaine aux concours les plus prisés (Syrah du Monde, IWSC, Decanter World Wine Awards entre autres). Des fruits noirs donnent sur une bouche délicatement boisée, riche, épicée, élégante et persistante. Délicieux avec un filet de boeuf ou du thon grillé. Accords Mets - Vins : parfait avec de la viande rouge et fromage. Température de service : 15-16°C

Wijnvoordeel België Een zachte, warme wijn met bessenfruit en verleidelijke indrukken van karamel. Donkerrood van kleur. Kruidige, warme geur met veel (zwarte) bessenfruit.
