About the winery
The Cantina Del Giusto is a small size farm situated near the foot of Montepulciano in the area of Acquaviva; it is managed by the family Del Giusto, by their three generations of winegrowers and oil producers in the territory of Montepulciano, who themselves look after the production and marketing.
It was born in 1995 by the experience of Piero Del Giusto that after a lot of years spent in wine sector decides to open a farm with own name and with buildings and lands left by the old father. In 1999 was built the cellar for wines ageing and in 2005 was built the new cellar utilized for winemaking.
The wines of the Cantina Del Giusto are obtained exclusively from grapes that come from their own vineyards; thanks to the limited production it is possible to concentrate on the quality without the need of force, as tradition desires, with the complete respect of nature and the environment. It is thus that our wines born, fine and exceptional wines that succeed in being “innovators” thanks to the modern technology and new enological practices but at the same time “traditionalists” thanks to the centenary knowledge of agriculture and winemaking.

La Cantina Del Giusto è un’azienda agricola di piccole dimensioni situata ai piedi di Montepulciano nella zona di Acquaviva; è gestita dalla famiglia Del Giusto, da tre generazioni viticoltori e olivicoltori nel territorio poliziano, che ne cura direttamente la produzione e la commercializzazione.
Nasce nel 1995 dall’esperienza di Piero Del Giusto che dopo anni di lavoro nel settore enologico decide di aprire un’azienda con il proprio nome utilizzando le strutture e le terre lasciate dal padre.
Nel 1999 viene inaugurata la cantina adibita all’invecchiamento dei vini mentre nel 2005 arriva il momento di inaugurare la nuova cantina utilizzata per la vinificazione.
I vini della Cantina Del Giusto sono ottenuti esclusivamente da uve provenienti dai propri vigneti; grazie alla produzione limitata è possibile concentrarsi su prodotti di qualità ottenuti senza forzature come tradizione vuole, nel completo rispetto della natura e dell’ambiente.
È così che nascono i nostri vini, vini pregiati ed eccezionali che riescono ad essere “innovatori” grazie alle moderne tecnologie e alle nuove pratiche enologiche ma allo stesso tempo “tradizionalisti” grazie alle conoscenze agronomiche e di cantina vecchie di un secolo.
Un lavoro attento e meticoloso parte dalla nostra terra per arrivare ad allietare i vostri sensi.
