| | Made with Syrah and a very small percentage of Viognier, with the clear objective of replicating in Portugal the best Nothern Rhône wines. The oak is now more integrated than in previous tastings, the nose shows intense fruit (raspberry), quite mature, well defined and very yummy. The body is more delicate and fresh than the nose, with good structure, balance, refined tanins and with a long aftertaste. Excellent wine, perfect with seared duck breast with berry sauce. Drinking perfectly now, it might gain more complexity with a few more years ageing, though I might be willing to kill my last bottle while still in this gorgeous phase.
