Aménagée dans un ancien moulin du XVIème siècle sur la commune de La Cadière d’Azur, au cœur de l’appellation Bandol, la Cave du Moulin de la Roque est, avec 10 000 hectolitres soit 17% de la production de Bandol, un des premiers producteurs de l’appellation.
Née en 1950 de la volonté des vignerons de La Cadière d’Azur, St-Cyr-sur-Mer et Sanary-sur-mer, la cave du Moulin de La Roque était tout d’abord destinée à l’élevage sous bois des Bandol rouges. En 1964, grâce à la volonté de ses vignerons et suite à de nombreux aménagements, le Moulin de La Roque devient cave de vinification de vins de Bandol.
En 2001, dans un objectif commun de qualité et de développement, la Cave du Moulin de La Roque s’unit aux Maîtres Vignerons de la Presqu’île de St Tropez et à la cave de Saint Roch les Vignes, producteurs d’AOC Côtes de Provence, pour former le groupe Terres de Mer. En janvier 2006, La Cave des Maîtres Vignerons du Beausset, produisant des vins Bandol, Côtes de Provence et Vins de Pays fusionne avec la Cave du Moulin de La Roque.
C'est toujours dans un souci constant de qualité que sont vendangés, vinifiés et élevés les 10 000 hl de Bandol, les 1500 hl de Côtes de Provence et les 1000 hl de Vins de Pays produits chaque année au Moulin de La Roque.

About the winery
Housed in a former 16th century mill in the commune of La Cadière d’Azur, in the very heart of the Bandol appellation, the Moulin de la Roque cellar is one of the leading producers of this appellation, with an output of 10,000 hectolitres accounting for 17% of all Bandol wine production.
Founded in 1950 by the winegrowers of la Cadière d’Azur, St-Cyr-sur-Mer and Sanary-sur-mer, the Moulin de La Roque cellar was initially designed for the oak-barrel maturing of Bandol red wines. In 1964, through the efforts of the winegrowers and following numerous alterations, the Moulin de La Roque became a wine production cellar for Bandol wines.
In 2001, in the name of quality and development, the Moulin de La Roque cellar joined Maîtres Vignerons de la Presqu’île de St Tropez and the Saint-Roch-les-Vignes winery, producers of AOC Cotes de Provence, to form the group Terres de Mer.
In January 2006, the Maîtres Vignerons du Beausset cellar, producers of Bandol, Côtes de Provence and Vin de Pays wines, merged with the Moulin de La Roque winery. The 10,000 hectolitres of Bandol wine, 1500 hectolitres of Côtes de Provence and 1000 hectolitres of Vins de Pays produced each year at Moulin de La Roque are still harvested, vinified and matured with a constant eye to achieving quality excellence.
