Subtle nose, dry, high acid, quite a bit of alcohol, medium weight and some black fruit flavours, some green hints reminiscent of Eucalyptus. All and all this wine is way too astringent for my liking. It has the elements needed to age well, so think it would be best revisited in 4-5 years from now

Opinión sobre la madurez del vino: Feel this wine is way too young... Sangiovese is a grape that generally needs a lot pof cellaring to show it's true potential... As the wine is so astringent and even a little bitter I am not too sure how it would develop to loose these not so desirable characteristics... Guess only time will tell...
