Tasting Notes: A white to pale straw colour with greenish tints. The bouquet is sweet . The palate is dry, pleasant and velvety with a good body.
Culinary Suggestions: Ideal with polenta and baccalà vicenza style, fish and frogs.
Serving Temperature: 10°- 12°C.
