About the winery

This bodega, situated on the road from Ronda to El Burgo, at the foot of the of the Sierra de las Nieves, was founded in 1999. The finca covers 27 hectares within a beautiful natural park, complete with holm oaks, olives, almond and walnut trees.

The first step was to prepare the vines and later to construct the finca. The area dedicated to the vines is 6.5 hectares, with a density of five hundreds plants per hectare. The vines are planted facing west, and in the summer the cool evening breeze drops from the Sierra and, together with the rich soil, gives the grapes a unique personality and in turn a great flavour to the wine. The creation of this high quality wine, in a system of viticulture in harmony with nature, magnifies this beautiful landscape which produces it. Viva Andalucía.

Sobre la bodega

Esta bodega, situada en la carretera Ronda-El Burgo, a los pies de la Sierra de las Nieves, fue fundada en 1999. La finca tiene una extension total de 27 hectareas, dentro de un hermoso paraje natural repleto de encinas, olivos, almendros y nogales. Primeramente hicieron la plantacion, para posteriormente construir la bodega. La superficie dedicada a vinedos es de 6.5 hectareas, con una densidad de cinco mil plantas por hectarea. Los vinedos estan situados al poniente, y en verano, debido a su situacion en la faldade la sierra, de ella baja por las noches una brisa refrescante que favorece enormemente al fruto y, por consiguiente, le proporciona, junto a los otros elementos del terroir, una caracteristicas especificas que le da una gran personalidad al vino que producen. La elaboracion de un vino de alto calida, dentro del sistema de viticultura integrada, respetando al maximo la magnifica nauraleza del hermoso paraje que lo produce. E viva Andalucia!
