| | Really good barbera from Oltrepo' Pavese Wine name: Pezzabianca - IGT Provincia di Pavia
Grape variaties: 100% Barbera
Producer: Azienda Agricola Bisi
Colour: Deep ruby red.
Flavour: Rich and complex suite of aromas including hints of red berry fruit and spicy notes.
Characteristics: A richly structured wine, to the palate it is well balanced and expresses Barbera’s typical and authentic plavours. In the mouth it leaves a broad and long aromatic persistence.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in cases once
they have reached an ideal degree or ripeness. After maceration on
the skins for about 10/15 days, the wine is barrel-agred for
approximately 6 months and then refined in bottles.
