Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Bright rosé colour, with a clean intense bouquet of roses, strawberries and mandarins. The palate is fresh and clean, with good length and well balanced, fresh acidity. Made exclusively from Grenache grapes that were carefully harvested during the first week of October at their optimum moment of ripeness. Once the grapes are selected, this wine is made in the traditional rosé method, with the must staying in contact with the skins for a few hours. Fermentation happens at a controlled temperature of between 14 to 18º C during 15 to 20 days in order to alow the elegant aromas to develop to their full potential. »
