Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Deep ruby-red in colour with amber tones this wine has complex aromas of dignified wood, vanilla and red fruit. Dry and warm on the palate, the Gran Reserve maintains perfect tannic balance and a pleasant bouquet. Arium Gran Reserva is the result of a careful selection of the best Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards, an exquisite vinification process and a long and quiet ageing in American oak barrels. Winemaking: Alter the selection of the best free run Tempranillo juice, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to ensure the maximum aromatic potential. Afterwards, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for at least two years and remains in bottle for an another 3 to 6 years. »

Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « This wine is a brilliant ruby red colour with ripe cherry tones. This wine exhibits a powerfully long and consistent aroma characterised by vanilla, spices and fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex with well structured tannins and long smooth finish. Arium Reserva is made from a selection of only the best Tempranillo grapes. Having spent time ageing in oak barrels this variety produces wines with intense ruby red fruit aromas and hints of vanilla and spices. Throught gentle maceration and constant remounting, expressive tannic compounds are optimised. Following fermentation at a controlled temperature the wine is aged in American oak barrels for twelve months. It then rests quietly in bottle for another 2 to 3 years to ensure a complete harmonised maturation is achieved. »
