Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « This wine is a pioneer. This is the first serious Andalusian Red Wine. It is 100% estate grown at our Gibalbin vineyards in Cadiz (within the premium Jerez-Superior growing region). This is a true winemakers' project. Our Montserrat Molina (from Barcelona) works with Bordeaux's Bertrand Bourdil (ex-winemaker at Mouton Rothschild, collaborator in Opus One, actual director of Union des producteurs de Saint Emilion). The coupage is a provocative blend of national and international varietals (Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Tintilla). All vinification is done in the purpose-built winery at Gibalbin (taking advantage of night-harvesting, gravity-flow and all the latest technology). Bottling takes place here at our historic cellars in Sanlucar. We have also taken great care with the presentation that was developed by a leading designer in London and is both contemporary, distinctively Andalusian, and strongly branded. »
