Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « The Black Label Sauvignon has been developed to complement food – we have blended a wine which, while displaying the pungent and crisp characteristics that set Marlborough sourced fruit apart, shows greater depth and complexity on the palate. The bouquet is a pleasing assault of musk and passionfruit that leads into an intense fruit salad of flavours in the mouth. The sweet fruit combines perfectly with the zesty yet rich and textured palate. Notes of melon and gooseberry join the mid palate and linger on the finish. " »

Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « The aroma of lantana and wild herbs combines with tropical fruits and green apple. The palate is exuberant and intense -fruit salad, nettles and fresh herbs burst into existence and continue through the length of the palate, joined at the end by lime/citrus and mineral notes. A powerful and lengthy Sauvignon. Production Notes: After harvest the grapes were quickly crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where the juice was fermented at controlled cool temperatures to capture the intense varietal flavours. The wine was then blended and bottled. »

Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Tasting Notes: Full round and assertive, generously laced with dark ripe fruit. There are hints of earth, and spices on the palate. The structure is firm and masculine with ample tannins to create excellent mouth feel and carry the flavour all the way to the back of the tongue.Vinification: There are 5 stages in this process, pre-ferment cold soak (6-8 days), primary fermentation (8-10 days), post ferment maceration (7-14 days), Malolactic fermentation (approx 14 days), and barrel maturation (a further 9 months). All these stages are conducted in the Big Barrels making this a unique wine. The Big Barrel Method: Acting as both a fermentation vessel and storage vessel these 900Lt barrels provide a unique and sophisticated environment for the production of Pinot Noir. They impart a high degree of complexity, facilitating seamless integration of the oak and generating excellent structure. The process allows the winemaker a great deal of flexibility in fermentation management and ensures the fruit is protected from rough handling." »

Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand is widely regarded as setting a global standard for this variety. A combination of dry and moderate climates gives near perfect cool climate growing conditions and assists with the intense varietal characters unique to Marlborough. Deriving from the French word sauvage (“wild”) and blanc (“white”) ours is a crisp an powerful, well balanced wine with intense aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit and citrus flavours. This light to medium bodied aromatic wine to match with salads, seafood and vegetarian dishes and a perfectly acceptable quaffer! Colour: Pale green. Aroma: Lifted aromatics of tropical fruits combined with the traditional nettle and herbaceous aromas of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Palate: Firm acidity is surrounded by tropical fruits and herbaceous notes with hints of citrus sneaking in. A whopping mouthful of Marlborough. »
