Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « This is a Chianti of controlled and guaranteed denomination. The wine making process is respectful of the old traditional Tuscan metods. Two types of grapes make up this wine, namely: Sangiovese and Canaiolo. Chianti La Ginestra is a brillant ruby red wine which turns to a garnet colour as it ages. Its dry and aromatic taste becomes soft and velvety with a light violet aroma with ageing. Wine-making: follows the classic method by eliminating the wine obtained from dregs of pressed grapes. No chemical product is used. »

Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Thanks to its outstanding local climate, Chianti Castiglioni mirrors perfectly the qualities of its local growing area. Smooth-textured and eminently fruity, it displays a fine clean-edged structure. Chianti Castiglioni greets the eye with a forward, purple-flecked ruby red. The nose opens to clean aromas of black cherry over nuances of dried plum and spicy, sage-like herbs. The palate is remarkable for its balance, showing abundant but well-integrated tannins, a tasty acidity, and a finish in harmony with all its components. »
