The Côtes de Montraval AOC is applied to the sweet white wines grown on the hill slopes. They are produced by mixing Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle grapes. Ondenc and Chenin Blanc grapes can also be used to produce the Montravel appellation. Slightly sweet, they are a perfect transition between the Montravel dry white wines and the Haut-Montravel (sweet and syrupy white wines). T
These wines offer a immense complex aroma with light floral hints. They mature well over a couple/few of years. These wines make a delicious aperitif and are consumed with white meats, fish dishes, Bleu des Causses cheese and fresh strawberries.
