The Quincy vineyard, to the north-west of Bourges, is located on the banks of the river Cher and covers 224 hectares.
The vines grow on an ancient, gently rolling terrace of the Cher composed of sand and gravel.
The local climate is relatively warm and dry. The appellation extends over two villages: Quincy and Brinay.
The Quincy wines are exclusively made from Sauvignon blanc.
