We make Le Sourire de Reims Rosé de Riceys with carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards tended by the Morel family, in the sub zone of Riceys Haute, which produces elegant, intense wines of a brilliant and unusual pink. The colour depends on leaving the must in contact with the grape skins just the right amount of time, a delicate process that takes between 30 and 35 hours." »
