Crémants de Bordeaux are sparkling wines produced according to the same process as that used in Champagne (méthode champenoise). Made with white or red grape varietals, they may be dry white or rosé.
Dry white Crémants de Bordeaux are fruity and seductive sparkling wines. They have rich aromas which vary according to the varietals used in their production but often present aromas of citrus fruit, hazelnut and white flowers.
On the palate, Crémants de Bordeaux are surprisingly rich, powerful, complex and good length on the finish.
