Tasting notes: a delicate nose with white fruits such as custard apple and apricot and a touch of vanilla.This wine is simple and smooth, linear on the half palate with a good balance between sour and bitter. It has a fairly long aftertaste with fine tannins. The fruitiness of the Viognier, the texture of the Chardonnay and the freshness of the Sauvignon complement each other well.The smooth and elegant balance in the mouth is followed by a good acidity for a lingering aftertaste. »
