Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Beautiful and delicate ruby red color. In the palate is clean, well balanced, with soft rounded tannins and a good level of acidity. The wine is lengthy in the mouth showing a well integrated and balanced oak. Due to the very intense microbiologic control this wine is very lightly filtered, what makes the aromas and color very expressive of Pinot Noir. Casa Marin - Sauvignon blanc - "Cipreses vineyard" 2007

Wine.com : « White Wine by Casa Marin from Chile, South America. From a granitic slope facing the Pacific Ocean, in the small town of Lo Abarca, this vintage of Cipreses is all about the place - its sharp and severe minerality coming from the soil, its salinity from the sea breezes. Large in scale, ample in flavor and generous in acidity, this is the best Chilean sauvignon of the vintage. -Wines & Spirits The Cipreses Vineyard is located at the very top of a hillside slope, with a northern and southern exposure. Extremely windy conditions act as a natural restraining agent on grape yield. The results are very weak vines and low productivity. Pale straw with a youthful greenish hue. The nose is bursting with aromas of cut grass, lemon zest and citronella. On the palate the wine is surprisingly mouthfilling and complex though scythingly fresh and energetic. Flavours range from herbal through asparagus to ripe lime always with an underlying minerality. Finishes as clean and razor sharp as it starts, although flavours linger tantalizingly. »

Vinexus - Infinity of Wine Duitsland : « Leyda is one of Chiles Top- Boutique wineries known and awarded worldwide. LOT Single Vineyard Premium wines are rich and elegant, with expressive and complex flavors and a superb balance. This 100% Pinot Noir wine comes from Block Nº 21 of our vineyards located in the recently discovered Leyda Valley, 14 km from the Pacific Ocean. Block Nº 21 is managed in order to get the best quality grapes. The production is dropped down to just 0,8 Kg per plant, searching for rich concentration of flavours. The grapes were hand harvested during the second week of April at 24-25º brix. After de-stemming, 100 % of the grapes were not passed through crusher in order to keep whole grapes during cold maceration and the beginning of fermentation. The grapes were chilled to 10°C and remained in open stainless steel tanks for 6 days under anaerobic conditions before selected yeast inoculation. Fermentation occurred at 27-28°C for 6 days with a “punching down” regime of 3 times per day. The wine was left on its lees and skins for an additional 2 days and then 100% of the wine was racked into new and one year used French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and aged for 10 months. Complex and expressive, with cherry and cranberries flavours, combined with touches of soft smokiness, mineral character and earthy notes. The palate is concentrated, mouth filling, fruity, juicy, with soft and velvety tannins ending with tobacco and a rich finish. »
