Vinos de Bulgaria, S.L. : « "A dry red Cabernet Sauvignon wine. An intensive deep garnet colour, on the outside rim it shows off as purple reddish. Marvellous personality wine! Aromas of green pepper and licorice. The nose is predominated by spicy notes combined with hints of violets, vanilla, black plums, and dried fruits (raspberries). Powerful and direct wine. The attack enriches the bouquet of aromas adding layers of cranberries and pomegranates, as well as subtle notes of minerals and smoke. Very fine tannins. Well-balanced wine with a long finish. Made by traditional vinification methods in cement and stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Maceration lasts for 3 weeks. Matured on lees and then aged for 12 months in new oak barrique barrels. This wine has a great potential for ageing! Best before: 2016. Food match: roasted meat in sauce, grilled meat, red meat and game, lamb leg, cured and strong cheeses. Serving temperature: 18ºC. Highest quality natural cork stopper." »

Vinos de Bulgaria, S.L. : « "A dry red wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. Dark sour cherry colour. Great wine! Each grape variety of the blend displays its own individuality and character. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes with its optimal bright acidity; the tannins origin is of the Merlot variety being those overlaid by red fruit notes and suppleness from the Syrah. Aromas of plum marmalade, mulberries, wild cherries, cassis, wild herbs, and hint of truffles, balanced with aromas originated during the oak barrels ageing (vanilla and chocolate). The palate is silky, supple, harmonious, and long-lasting. This wine is bold yet elegant, showing off yet reserved, dominated by dark fruits yet red fruits... It´s been aged in new French oak barrique barrels for 12 months prior to its bottling. Best before: 2014. Food match: barbeque meat, cured cheeses. Serving temperature: 18ºC. Highest quality natural cork stopper." »

Vinos de Bulgaria, S.L. : « "A dry red wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and the autoctonous Bulgarian grape variety Mavrud. Perfumed and flowery (lilac) with notes of mulberries and vanilla. The palate is tasty, round, warm, and very long-lasting. The tannins proceeding from Cabernet Sauvignon variety introduce us to the aroma and the body of this wine. The Merlot softens the tannins and make the wine rounder. Aromas are persistent thanks to the Cabernet Franc variety. This is an incredible and marvellous wine! It´s been harvested on hand. After a vigorous selection the best grape clusters have been placed in 400 l French oak “ROTTO barriques” (this is where the name of the wine comes from). Ageing for 18 months in the barrels that´s been rotated by hand as many times as necessary for the sake that the wine develops its complex aroma, its full and robust body, its elegant and enriched finish and aftertaste. Best before: 2022. It is recommendable to decant it before serving. Serving temperature: 18ºC. Food match: red meats, roasted meats, dark chocolate. Highest quality natural cork stopper." »
