This wine is produced from traditional white wine varieties - Viosinho, Gouveio and Rabigato. This white is highly aromatic and complex and presents an excellent crunchy acidity. It shows a respectful equilibrium between the new French oak barrel toast where it partially fermented and aged for 8 months, a good integration of the primary and tropical aromas, and a good and delicate structure with a persistent finish.

**** 4 stars : Very good 
Some tropical fruit and a hint of vanilla in the nose, very good body with great balance, light creamy texture but with good freshness. Very nice and balanced white wine from the Douro, maybe more suited for the winter, that will be ideal with a fish with white flesh (Grouper, Sea Bass) cooked in the oven.
