The newer technologies do not preclude traditional techniques such as natural yeast fermentation, barrel maturation and battonage lees stirring, where appropriate. Sourced from the best vineyards, Diamond Label offers an intensity of fruit flavours and a full body. The palate shows the integration of six months oak maturation. Approx 13.3%
