  Minervois, Le Moulin des Nonnes, Cuvee Ines 2005
  Voor liefhebbers van witte wijn met een toets van eikenhout. Deze biologische assemblage van 50% Rousanne, 40% Grenache blanc en 10% Muscat petit grain heeft alleen 3 maanden houtlagering, dus de eiken toets is niet overheersend. Zacht in de mond, mineralig met een proefbaar toets van grapefruit en een klein bittertje. Prima viswijn, ook lekker bij geitenkaas of als aperitief. Alc. 13%
