  Extraordinary and rare Beaujolais
  This is an extraordinary and rare Beaujolais! The nose explodes with fruity notes of berries and very ripe strawberries. Some shades of wood. The mouth provides a natural expression of the grape. It evolves in the mouth, with light tannins, almost airy. Yummy! The vinification is straight forward with none of the "tricks" developed in the Beaujolais over the last 30 years - no carbonic maceration, no thermo-vinification, no yeast inoculation.
  Maturity : Wait for 2-3 years
