  Premier nez très faisandé, mais une fois aéré, rappelle plutôt le bois humide ou l'humus. La bouche est légère, avec un goût de bonbon aux fruits.

  Un vin gourmand que j'ouvrirais volontiers avec des charcuteries, dans une ambiance conviviale avec quelques amis. Un peu comme nous l'avons fait hier à la Winery.
