Not a Rosé but a Palhete, a mix of white and red grapes - a tradition that almost disappeared
Much more austerity than in a rosé, some shy red fruit, the body is closer to a red wine but with a lot of freshness. The structure and the freshness make it a really gastronomic wine - perfect for a summer salad or barbecue. Rather interesting, even though not stunning.
