The "Buttafuoco", a tradition in Oltrepo Pavese
The name Buttafuoco come from the slang "al buta me al fogh" that means "to get warm - to wake like like the fire". This wine is a tradizione in Oltrepo Pavese and a DOC.
Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red colour with violet shades. The bouquet is rich with floral and red fruits notes, and hints of faded rose and blackberry. It is smooth and rounded on palate with a long finish.
