Le domaine Pélaquié, situé à Saint Victor la Coste, s'étend sur 70 hectares, dont une grande partie entoure la maison familiale. Le terroir est très varié, ce qui permet de créer des vins de forte personnalité.

Depuis le 16ème siècle la famille Pélaquié cultive des vignes sur le lieu de l'exploitation actuelle. En 1908 des vins de Laudun étaient expédiés à Djibouti. Les archives gardent souvenirs d'expéditions lointaines.

De père en fils les Pélaquié se sont transmis les secrets de préparation, les accords entre la terre et la vigne, les connaissances, les assemblages. Chaque génération a protégé avec amour ce patrimoine culturel, l'a enrichi de ses propres découvertes pour créer des vins de belle ligne.

Luc Pélaquié a modernisé l'exploitation mais n'a rien oublié de l'héritage.

About the winery

The Pélaquié domain, situated at Saint Victor la Coste, covers 70 hectares, a large part of which surround the family house. The vineyards of the property are very diverse, permitting Luc Pélaquié to create wines of great personality.

Since the 16th century, the Pélaquié family has been cultivating vineyards in the same fields. As early as 1908, Pélaquié wines were already exported to Djibouti, and the family archives tell of many faraway destinations of cartons of their bottles.

From father to son, the Pélaquié family passed on the secrets of preparing quality wines, of the relations between the terrain and the wine, the skills, the recipes of mixing the various vine varieties. Each generation protected this cultural heritage close to their hearts, enriching it with their own discoveries, to create wines of great lineage.

Luc Pélaquié has modernized the winery, without forgetting any of its heritage.
