Brilliant dark ruby colour, rich bouquet with ripe fruits, red berries, leather and spices. On palate, this well-balanced full-bodied wine, which improves with age, reveals an extremely dense fruit. The tannins and the anthocyanins draw the glass sides with coloured arches full of glycerine.
It is another good wine I found in Oltrepò Pavese. Wine made with the heart.

Maturity : Mature

Meaning on the maturity : Only the best clusters are pressed and kept in contact with the skins from ten to fifteen days. The must is then put in barriques, where it ages for two years. It is perfect.
