Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
This blend of 40% Chenin Blanc, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Chardonnay grapes are sourced from certified organic vineyards. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to third and fourth fill French oak barrels for 4 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes : The Chenin Blanc brings to the nose an abundance of tropical fruit notes such as granadilla, honey dew melon and papaya. The Chardonnay adds a zesty citrus note and fresh green apple aromas whilst the Sauvignon Blanc adds a mineral, grassy and floral component to the wine. On the palate the wine is balanced with a lively yet integrated acidity and long persistent finish.
