The Santbru goes marching in
A beautifully colored deep red or purple color and a deep taste to match. The nose is full of fruit, spice and earth and the palate stays in line. The deep, rich black raspberry and cherry are tempered by very little astringency from some slightly stronger than mild tannins. The grapes are 70% Carignan and 15% each Syrah and Grenache . A nice wine with food or alone, but be careful it packs a punch at 14% alcohol.
