About the winery
Founded at the end of the sixties, Domaine Olivier originates in the few vineyards left by Antoine Chevalier Moreau.
By purchasing plots and new plantations, the estate first stretched out ont Santenay then on Savigny-les-Beaune, Pommard and Nuits-Saint-Georges. During the development of their activity, the Oliviers endeavoured to exploit old soils, historically renowned for the production of Santenay white wines. These soils, abandoned for almost a century for some, have allowed the production of wines which are now renowned among white Burgundy wines. Thanks to this specificity, Domaine Olivier is the main Santenay white wine grower.
For a few years now, Antoine and Rachel Olivier have been managing all of the activities of the Domaine with one aim: combining modernity and respect of Burgundian soils; and with the hope that you will enjoy tasting our wines as much as we enjoyed making them.
