Amor Vini : Un "vin d'auteur", agréable à consommer, mais avec une concentration énorme due à la production faible des vignes et la sélection rigoureuse dans la bodega.
Extraction pendant 25 à 30 jours en cuves fermées. Fermentation individuelle en foudres (partiellement ouverts) et élevage en fûts de chêne nouveaux pendant 10 à 12 mois. Ensuite l'assemblage et vieillissement en fûts de chêne entre 4 à 6 mois avant l’embouteillage.
Robe rubis opaque. Dans le nez: arômes puissants et harmonieux de fruits, chêne bien incorporé et minéral. En bouche: volumineux, savoureux, frais et polis. Calchetas est le vin parfait à grignoter! Accompagnez-le d'une belle pièce de viande de boeuf grillé ou un canard sauvage. A boire maintenant, mais laissez-le reposer pendant quelques années(t° 18° )

Many people are asking themselves what is the secret of the success of Bodegas Viña Magaña, because in 35 years it has become an institution in Navarra. Its great wines, its achivements, its philosophy of quality and service and its challenges give us the answers. A modern concept but at the same time elaborating in the old way. We realize a real adventure with the adaptation of new varieties a perfect mixture between wine and a perfect vinification. And of course the way of working in its measured and justified for the wine growing in the oak. The wine revolution in Navarra has got a name ... Bodegas Viña Magaña.
Bodegas Viña Magaña started with the dream of creating a new, different and surprising wine. They set out of a soil nobody believed in: poor, arid but rich in minerals. They introduced new vines from best producing areas in France which were not authorized in those times. Today they own one of the oldest vine stocks.
Bodegas Viña Magaña managed to get more than 100 ha vineyard in the last 30 years. You can find 900 to 1000 French oak barrels in their cellars.
Sobre la bodega
Magaña comenzó como las bodegas que elaboran grandes vinos. En 1968 se volcó en la viña, en la producción de buena uva y después en la elaboración. En 1985, sacó unos vinos que sorprendieron al mercado. La bodega de Barillas, recientemente ampliada con diseño del arquitecto Moneo, cuenta con 120 hectáreas de viñedos propios, una capacidad en bodega de 778.057 litros y 765 barricas, la mayor parte de roble francés.
Amor Vini : Een "vin d'auteur", aangenaam om drinken, maar met een enorme concentratie gezien de kleine opbrengsten en de strenge selectie in de bodega. Extractie gedurende 25 à 30 dagen in gesloten containers. Individuele vergisting in kleine vaten (deels open) en rijping op nieuwe eiken vaten gedurende 10 à 12 maand. Daarna assemblage en nog eens 4 à 6 maand op eik vóór de botteling.
Robijnrood, opaak. In de neus: krachtig en harmonieus, fruitig, het hout mooi vervlochten, minerale toetsen. In de mond: volumineus, sappig, fris en gepolijst.(t° 18° )
