A very versatile Valpolicella

Spicy and sharp red fruit on the nose. Very well balanced wine, nice acidity, integrated tanins and medium body, tastes big time of sour cherries and red berries, hints of cedar and red peppercorn and some nice bitter chocolate in the finish. A great food wine - would pair well with many a pasta dish or some red meat.
