About the winery

Sociedade Agrícola Boas Quintas is a personal project of the oenologist Nuno Cancela de Abreu, launched in 1991 with the objective of producing estate-bottled wines from the reawakening ancient wine region of the Dão. Sociedade Agrícola Boas Quintas has its headquarters in the attractive town of Mortágua, where the small modern winery nestles next to the magnificent family house of the Cancela de Abreus. Below the latter are the cool, dimly-lit ageing cellars.

Portugal

Good body, nice fruit, pretty fresh, but unfortunately there's quite a bit of residual sugar that turns it a bit boring. As a starter, for those who like medium-dry white wine.
