Made from hand-picked grapes grown on old vines and farmed biodynamically. Traditional fermentation without the addition of selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months on French oak and for a minimum of 3 years in the bottle.
Deep garnet red. Blackberry and black cherry with earth notes. Dense and supple, spicy and round.
Chargrilled and roast meat, game, mature cheeses, rich casseroles and sauces. Desserts featuring forest fruits and chocolate.
