Light ale beer in colour, notes of dark straw and amber. A nutty nose, hints of hazelnut and an overtone of cooked candied orange peel. Like a striking truck driver, the flavour refuses to move from your mouth. Great balance of acidity and sweetness, smooth coating of the mouth with flavours of butter, orange blossom and honey. Great with creamy goat cheese or taleggio!
