Appearance: Bright and transparent. Deep ruby-red in colour with hues indicating carefulageing.Nose: Intense aromas of plum and stewed fruit together with ageing aromas reminiscent ofchocolate, spices such as pepper, and cedar wood. Clean and intense.Palate: Elegant initial impression with an agreeable, rounded mid-palate. Once again ripe fruitaromas are evident together with varietal aromas. Lingering, pleasant finish with a touch ofacidity that adds freshness.
