OK, this Bordeaux will never win the Wine of the Year, but at $10 it doesn’t have to. Fruit forward, very mild tannins. Needs decanting in it’s youth of course, the first hit is one of almost a chemical or kerosene smell. That soon dissipates, but it still needs a hour to breathe. Once opened up it is very smooth and has a great mouth feel. The finish is a little heavy, but boy for the price it is a nice drink.
