One of my favorite Saints
Rich and full with loads of fruit and mild tannins. Dark fruit, cassis, earth and minerals with a long clean finish. Enjoyed with a “pique-nique” in the Camargue regional park right out of the bottle (forgot the cups!). The wine is grown on terraces of rocks that date back to the Cambrian age and its heritage is unmistakable.
