Un coup de coeur de quelques SEGCC

Nez brulé. Bouche tendue avec des pointes de verdeurs. Beau corps sur grillé et légèrement mentholé.
C’est le premier vin dégusté des Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classé proposé à la dégustation.
Pour une mise en bouche, cela me rappelle que les bordelais aiment bien la barrique neuve. Mais son interprétation est ici séduisante.

Joli vin accessible

Probablement pas tout à fait objectif tellement j'avais apprécié ma visite au domaine durant la formation à l'école du vin du CIVB mais j'ai retrouvé ce vin élégant, fin, qui se boit facilement. De la douceur qui se partagera avec plaisir.

De très belle constitution, ce millésime affiche une jolie concentration en milieu de bouche...la finale dévoile une fine touche de menthol. 16,5-17,5/20 RVF Mai 2011
