Made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional (hence the two worlds), it show light red fruit mixed with some soft animal notes. Very good freshness, soft tanins, very pleasant, this is a wine for regional/traditional dish like a boeuf bourguignon or a roasted goat.
It currently seems to be at its peak and I wouldn't wait longer before uncorking it!
