Layers of flavor, butter, spicy green apple, buttery pear and a dose of acid at the end to keep it clean. Technically I probably held this too long (does not bode well for it’s “brother” that I have yet to open!) but it really did not diminish it’s taste. A very pleasing Californian that disdains the typical oak-laden California formula.
