** 2 stars : Satisfying 
The pale gold and lovely bubbles lead into a trap of sulfur and funk. This mostly blew off after a few minutes, but lingered slightly on the pallate.Whispers of toast, and cooked apple snaked through in the end, but a stink bomb is a hard impression to get past. Pair with Morbier or strong bleu cheese and dried tropical fruits
