V & R Verdejo
The V&R Verdejo is a wine made 100% from Verdejo grapes. Grapes are previously applied a cold maceration so as to extract the most of skin aromas and increase the wine potential. It is made a slow and gradual fermentation during 15 days under a controlled temperature of 12 to 15ºC so as to preserve the typical fruity character of the variety. The wine lies on its finelees during several months, and after some coupages and enologic processes it is finally bottled between February and June.
Sight: Pale yellow colour with green glints, bright and clean.
Smell: Intense an complex with some florar essences and slight touches of frut such as green apple and pear. Also reminding typical herbal essences from the Verdejovariety.
Mouth: Fresh, unctuous, moughElegant. With a very good acidity and a characteristic final bitterness.
