Eresma Verdejo is a wine made 100% of Verdejo grapes comi ng from old stocks (over one hundred years old), hand harvest and posterior grape selection.
Grapes are previously applied a cold maceration and only first pressings are used. These first pressing has suffered a static debourbag and a fermentation of 12 to 14ºC with the aim of preserving the Verdejo variety’s characteristics and getting an elegant, premium quality wine that expresse complexity and fineness, typical of this variety.
Sight: Pale yellow colour with green glints, bright and clean.
Smell: Intense an complex. Characteristic verdejo scents such as lavender blossoms, lightly aniseed touches of fennel and thyme, hay and fresh herbs, with slight white flowers and green fruit, like aple.
Mouth: Elegant, delicate, intense, glycerined. With a powerful acidity and a characteristic final bitterness.
